Location is fantastic and very convenient for exploring the area. Rooms are tiny and cleaning could improve significantly. The rooftop bar has great views but can get crowded. Be ready for slow elevators, especially at busy times.

The rooftop bar has stunning views and great atmosphere. The wait times for elevators can be quite long, though.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar offers stunning views and a fun vibe, plus you can use the daily credit for drinks.
The rooms are small and sometimes late to get cleaned.

Great location, just a stone's throw from Times Square, but you'll want to stay clear after dark. The room was nice and clean, with a killer view of the Empire State Building, but expect to make your own bed and wait for the slow elevators. Breakfast was a treat, especially with the complimentary tokens, and the rooftop bar is stunning—if you can get in. Valet service was a letdown; waiting over an hour for a car isn’t ideal. Staff was mixed; helpful at times, but not overly welcoming at check-in.

I had such a frustrating experience dealing with the front desk staff. They were rude and dismissive, insisting I couldn't get water late at night, and I ended up wandering outside alone instead. Just no effort to help at all!

Location is amazing, just two blocks from Times Square. The air conditioner was really loud, which disrupted sleep.

Central location a definite plus. Everything at your fingertips. Walking saves money, but the hustle can wear you down. Staff were commendably helpful. Clean, modern room with an impressive bed. Housekeeping kept essentials stocked, though lapses occurred. Quick requests were handled well, such as hairdryer replacement. Breakfast was solid, worth the slight premium. Bar access felt restricted, which was disappointing. Reception chaos was frustrating—long waits, card reader troubles, and double bookings marred the experience. Though lacking a rooftop experience, the rooms are equipped. Staff could improve their demeanor, especially under pressure. Consistency in service is crucial for frequent travelers. A diamond in the rough, but refinement is needed.

The view from the 40th floor bar is truly spectacular, making for a memorable experience. the elevator wait times were frustrating, often taking 15-20 minutes. The housekeeping also left much to be desired, with missing linens and inadequate room cleaning leading to an overall inconsistent stay.

The room was small but clean. Housekeeping kept it tidy, though they didn't come daily. The bed was comfortable, which helped after a long travel day. Unfortunately, the windows were tiny, limiting natural light. Temperature control worked well, providing a cozy atmosphere. Noise levels were manageable for a bustling area. There was an annoying blue LED light I couldn’t turn off at night. I really appreciated the polite front desk staff, yet the reception area felt cluttered and cramped. Despite a few hiccups, the proximity to attractions made it worth it.

I had an amazing stay with breathtaking rooftop views and quick access to all the action! The welcome drinks and $25 token were such a fun touch that made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for exploring, and I can't wait to return for more fun!
Would definitely recommend! ❤️✨

The check-in process was quite chaotic and inconsistent. We had to wait longer than expected for our room to be ready, and there seemed to be a lack of communication between the staff regarding room availability. The front desk staff appeared stressed and did not provide much reassurance during the wait. On a more positive note, the room itself was comfortable and clean. The bed was cozy, and the shower was nice. the lack of soundproofing was a downside as we could hear noises from neighboring rooms throughout the night, which affected our sleep quality. the undisclosed charges during check-in were a bit off-putting. It would have been helpful to know about all the additional fees upfront to avoid any surprise expenses. Despite these issues, I appreciated the complimentary drink and $25 chip offered to us. The staff, apart from the front desk person, were friendly and accommodating.

The staff is friendly and quick to assist with any request, from extra towels to restaurant recommendations. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the rooms tidy, and the complimentary breakfast is a nice perk.
It’s not exactly budget-friendly, but considering the service, it’s reasonable.

I felt like a fancy movie star at the rooftop lounge—sipping cocktails with a view. My room was sleek and comfy, plus the valet parking was a lifesaver.
Oh, just the usual: missing amenities, dirty windows, and a non-existent city bike pass. Classic!

If you're exploring Manhattan with your big family, the chic spot by Broadway offers prime city access. Nestled seamlessly near theaters, the stylish hub at Aliz Hotel Times Square enhances your urban escapades.
My wife says that stroller accessibility would improve family stays.

The hotel is so close to Times Square and Broadway, we could walk everywhere! The views from the 40th-floor bar were insane, and being near cool spots like Beer Authority was clutch for chill hangouts.
Wish there was more nightlife vibe at the hotel. Adding a DJ or a fun party night would make it next-level for us young party animals!

Had an awesome Christmas at this spot! They handed us free drinks and credit for the restaurant – cool, right? Beds were comfy for a restful stay, and the room had that fridge, perfect for keeping drinks chilled in the warm weather. Bonus: the TV in the room was a top-notch model for those quick chill moments. Being so close to Times Square was a major win – easy access to all the hustle and bustle!
The room didn't come with a kettle, just the coffee maker, not ideal for tea lovers. The entrance was a bit off-putting with trash and lingering folks.

During my Christmas stay, the rooms were spotless, and the staff was friendly and good-looking, which was a nice touch. The hotel's proximity to Times Square and the subway made exploring the city a breeze. One major plus was the safety box in the room for keeping valuables secure.
The rooms were a bit cramped, especially for four people, with barely enough space to move around. The thin walls made it easy to hear everything, and the lack of amenities like a hairdryer and coffee refills was disappointing.

Our two-night stay at a centrally located hotel in New York exceeded our expectations as a young family. The clean and comfortable room with blackout curtains provided a peaceful night's sleep, and the spacious balcony offered a stunning view. The friendly and professional staff were always ready to assist, and the location was perfect, close to all the major attractions and a subway station for easy access to downtown. The rooftop bar and restaurant served delicious food, and we loved the welcome drink and $25 coupon. The hotel's amenities and convenient location made our stay memorable.
Limited fitness room options and a lack of diverse menu choices at the restaurant were the only drawbacks of an otherwise amazing experience.
